Business Systems Analyst
Business Systems Analyst A state-of-the-art precision machining facility, is looking for a results-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support our fast paced, data driven company.
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible to design, develop, implement and manage information technology (IT) solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Work closely with IT management and subject matter experts to develop solutions and manage projects that facilitate process improvements.
This role will discover efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.
By working closely with department managers, this key position will understand the business processes and procedures to determine how the Business Systems can best serve the departments and company.
RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the system analyst and subject matter expert for the company's ERP and other business systems.
This includes leveraging our ERP/MRP's functionality to drive productivity improvements throughout the business.
Design, develop and manage the implementation of technology solutions that meet the needs of business.
Manage implementation and support of ERP/MRP system to improve business processes and eliminate waste.
Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders etc.
Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards.
Work independently on assigned projects and tasks, effectively using other resources as needed.
Provide input to IT standards and SOPs and follow established standards.
Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed Actively participate in continuous improvement projects by providing intelligence, analysis and recommendations for process improvements as it relates to the ERP/MRP Database.
Assist users in process documentation to support ERP/MRP processes.
REQUIREMENTS 7-10 years of relevant experience.
Preferred experience and knowledge of:
Database querying Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Manufacturing operations Project Management Advanced/Expert proficiency with ERP Systems (Infor Syteline experience is a plus).
Demonstrate initiative and exhibit strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Able to work with all levels of the organization.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical information for non-technical customers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
